Privacy & data handling
Project records use a separate pilot intake.
The public pilot-request form is for business contact details only. After a written pilot agreement is signed, the PM receives a project access code for the dedicated intake.
What we collect now
Name, company, work email, optional phone number, and project volume—only to evaluate and manage your pilot request.
How requests are handled
Requests are sent over HTTPS, stored in the ChangeOrderAI database, and routed through FormSubmit to our internal pilot inbox. We do not sell request information.
Project records
Signed pilots receive a dedicated, code-protected upload path. Files are restricted to project evidence and stored separately from public pilot requests.
Retention and model use
Project records are not used to train general-purpose models. They are deleted within 30 days after pilot completion unless the parties agree in writing to a different period.
Nothing is sent externally without PM approval. A qualified project representative must review every draft notice before use.
